Founder and CEO
Terry McLean
President and CEO
Before joining Insight, Mr. McLean worked for RenaissanceRe's Corporate Risk Management Group and served as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at a Florida homeowner insurer.
Mr. McLean oversaw software development operations for the Investment Banking division of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette after spending two years in Financial Institutions Investment Banking.
He graduated with honors from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business and School of Engineering and Applied Science with concentrations in Actuarial Science, Finance and Computer Science.
